If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Rock Spring.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Rock Spring we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
