If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in River Place East.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in River Place East we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
