If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Pentagon City.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Pentagon City we will best know the market value of your property.
