If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Monroe_condo.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Monroe_condo we will nail down the market value of your property.
