If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Majestic_oak.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Majestic_oak we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
