If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Lyon_hill.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Lyon_hill we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
