If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Hawthorn_condominium.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Hawthorn_condominium we will nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
