If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Glencarlyn.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Glencarlyn we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
