If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Glebewood.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Glebewood we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
