If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in George_mason_terrace.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in George_mason_terrace we will best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
