If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Gatehouse Condominium.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Gatehouse Condominium we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
