If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Falls_station.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Falls_station we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
