If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fairview_mews.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Fairview_mews we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
