Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairlington_glen.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Fairlington_glen we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
