If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Crystal Park.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Crystal Park we can nail down the retail value of your home.
