If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Crystal Gateway.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Crystal Gateway we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
