If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Country_club_manors.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Country_club_manors we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
