If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Country Club View.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Country Club View we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
