If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Concord_mews.
The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Concord_mews we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
