Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Concord Mews.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Concord Mews we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
