If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Columbia_court.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Columbia_court we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
