If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Chain Bridge Terrace.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Chain Bridge Terrace we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
