If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Calvert_court.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Calvert_court we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
