If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Boulevard_manor.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Boulevard_manor we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
