If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Belvedere Condominium.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Belvedere Condominium we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
