If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Bella Vista Condominium.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Bella Vista Condominium we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
