If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Bedford_park.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Bedford_park we can help determine the retail value of your property.
