If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Becket_glen.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Becket_glen we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
