If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Barcroft_towns.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Barcroft_towns we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
