If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Barcroft_forest.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Barcroft_forest we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
