If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Balmoral_condominium.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Balmoral_condominium we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
