If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Ballston_park_condo.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Ballston_park_condo we will nail down the market value of your property.
