Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Azalea_acres.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Azalea_acres we can help determine the market value of your home.
