If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Aurora Highlands.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Aurora Highlands we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
