If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Ashton_heights.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Ashton_heights we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
