Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Arlington_view.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment.
