If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Arlington_heights.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Arlington_heights we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
