If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Arlington Homes Sale 2.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Arlington Homes Sale 2 we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
