Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Arlington County we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
