If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Arc 3409.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Arc 3409 we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
