If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Alcova_row.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment.
