If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Alcova_heights.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Alcova_heights we can help determine the actual value of your home.
