If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Addison Heights.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Addison Heights we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
