If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Westmoreland_Terrace.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Westmoreland_Terrace we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
