If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in West_Village_of_Shirlington.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home.
