If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in The_Williamsburg.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in The_Williamsburg we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
