If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in The_Jefferson_Residential_Condominium.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in The_Jefferson_Residential_Condominium we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
