If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in The_Jefferson_ __A_Sunrise_Senior_Living_Community.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in The_Jefferson_ __A_Sunrise_Senior_Living_Community we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
