If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in The_Jefferson_ _A_Sunrise_Senior_Living_Community.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in The_Jefferson_ _A_Sunrise_Senior_Living_Community we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
