If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in The_Cavendish_Phase_Ii.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in The_Cavendish_Phase_Ii we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
